Dined in for dinner and it didn't disappoint! Never been here before, and always drove past, guess this place will be added to the many eateries we love to dine in👌🏽✨️ also adding dessert for just $5 was amazing 👏🏾 tasty and affordable 👏🏾

We had a fantastic experience at J’s Tea, a spot that truly captures the authentic flavours of Taiwanese and Hong Kong–style dishes. The fried chicken was crispy, juicy, and bursting with flavour, while the drunken chicken impressed with its tenderness and delicate seasoning. Of course, no visit would be complete without bubble tea, and theirs was spot-on—refreshing and perfectly balanced. Service was friendly and attentive throughout, making the meal even more enjoyable. J’s Tea is definitely worth a visit for anyone craving genuine Taiwanese and Hong Kong comfort food.

We have seen J’s many times but never tried. Glad we did today, lured in by the Entertainment Book App! Delicious spicy beef noodles (they could adjust to mild for us which was perfect), deep fried tofu and fried buns with condensed milk. Lovely Taiwanese cuisine. Parking was easy at 7.30pm, and was relatively quiet on a Wednesday night

Had the Taiwanese braised mince noodles and also the salt, pepper and chili fried pork on rice. The noodles was simple, but the mince on top was quite yummy. The pork was very good, the side dishes are just ok and the rice was little bit too wet but still not bad. Price is very good here and portion large. The dessert coffee jelly is my wife's favourite and reminds her of her childhood. Spacious place, will come again.

The food portion is big and filling. The salt pepper pork rice is yum and come with a few small vege dishes. Just top up $5 for Taiwanese dessert. The dessert with yam/taro paste is so goood!!!
There’s also many books and entertainment for my little one.
